Tikeysh Lemmons serves as Founder and CEO of A Voice and An Influence in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a Speaker, Coach and Fashion Designer she is a highly empathic and passionate speaker. She captures the audience attention by the authentic spirit she holds within. She holds a master's degree in social work from Simmons University. During graduate studies, she used her voice to advocate and enforced policy on a Marco level. Nevertheless, her social work career has been dear to her heart while developing and facilitating workshops.

 Her journey started at twelve years old, as a student oratorical 1st place winner. She performed " Honey I love" by Eleise Greenfield.  Since then, she has built a platform encouraging thousands to use their voice and influence.  She continues to seek ways to improve and streamline processes in life journey.
